Great experience after a very rough last couple of years… Opendoor’s offer for my home was extremely fair considering I wouldn’t have to worry about repairs and wondering if the deal was going to fall through in the middle of escrow. Terrance Wright was amazing in helping me through the process. Maybe I could have received a bit more from f I’d put it on the market, but I’m positive it wouldn’t have been worth it
