Opendoor made us a decent offer but we didn’t take it because we got one for about 12000 more. A couple weeks later Opendoor made another offer for 84000 more than their first offer. I couldn’t believe it. We had to pay about 8000 to get out of the contract we signed but it was worth it. Opendoor process was easy and convenient. Thanks Opendoor
