Opendoor was hassle free. If you have ever sold a home where you spent a lot of time scheduling people to see your home, either with inspection or buyers you know it is a pain and time consuming. If you have a pet it can worse worrying what to do with them while people are in your home. With opendoor we had none of that. We did a video walk thru of our home and sent it in. It was that easy. No inspection, no people to schedule, no hassle.
