Jess Smith was great. The process was clear. Negotiations were reasonable and flexibility was undeniably fantastic. There was a hiccup with a contracting escrow and title firm, which Opendoor definitely needs to iron out. However, regardless, Opendoor remains a much preferred option to “agents,” “staging,” and “showing.” Thank you!
