I wanted to sell my home in 90 days; didn't want any showings (because of my cat); and, of course, I didn't need to clean because there were no showings. Everyone at OpenDoor, especially Matt Thurow, was very helpful to get the closing done timely. Matt was also very responsive to my questions. I recommend using OpenDoor -- and told all my neighbors before I left.
