Couldnt be more pleased with the entire process. Final offer (which I accepted) was fair and within the local market value based on my research. Karen (the Opendoor representative) was AMAZING. She was not only friendly and professional, but also very attentive to my individual questions. We were able to close in 14 days. I opted for a late checkout about a week after closing, but was able to complete everything the day after closing.
