Opendoor was a convenient, painless way to sell our home. We needed extra time to move out and accepting their offer and putting the close date out 60 days gave us the time we needed.
We also had company during this time and we didn't need to accommodate house showings, inspections or appraisals.
Also, their representatives were very patient and helpful during the process!
