I got a fair market offer for my property. The only reason I don’t give Opendoor five stars is that there were some small deductions to fix some items that were not specified. One big advantage over traditional market sale is the elimination of the risk that the buyer will not qualify or even back out of the deal. The big pluses to go withbOoendoor are the cenrtainty of the sale on one’s time line at a fair market price.
