The Opendoor people I talked to were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. In return for agreeing to a fee in lieu of possible repairs, deducted from the proceeds, I got peace of mind. I felt the fee to be a reasonable price to pay for eliminating the uncertainties and endless stresses that can come from selling. I am very impressed with the company and would consider doing business with them again. I understand they don't consider buying just any house but getting an offer from them (or rejection) was very easy to do via www.opendoor.com, their website. And I am happy over Opendoor having accepted my property!
