Such an easy process. Was very sceptical at first but with the option to back out without penalty had to try it. Price was more than 2 realtors I talked with. I had to change the closing date once which was no problem. Was able to stay a couple days after closing without a fee. No showings. No 6 month realtor contract.
Everything done online except 1 visit from a notary to sign the deed. Highly recommend everyone try them in the selling process.
