DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have been on an emotional rollercoaster the entire process and they are trying to back out of the legally binding contract that they willingly signed. For a house they said the appraiser was “unfair” on when the house has been on the market almost 200 days…for good reason. I have never heard a good thing about them and now I understand why. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
