The entire process was seamless! I applied through the Opendoor app and received an above market preliminary offer. I’ve been decided to continue with the video upload. I was then surprised were they even higher final offer. After that it was pretty much seamless selling the house. I uploaded a few pictures at closing and I was done. The team (title and experienced Opendoor tech) were outstanding answering my questions. Zero hiccups and went as advertised.
