Opendoor was one of those things you hear about on the radio but wonder, "yeah but is as good as it seems".
Yes. It is.
Absolutely no hassle with the freedom to choose our own closing. The team I worked with (Andrew and his gang) were just great. Evening questions, weekend questions, help me understand this better questions --- all had answers in hours. They worked with my HOA (not the easiest task sometimes) and all went smoothly.
