There is nothing that Opendoor could have done to make this experience any better. The absolute best way to sell a house. Hate showings? No problem, there are none. Need to close on a certain date or time? No problem, schedule the closing to fit your timeframe. Your new place not ready No problem they'll let you stay in the house for an a few weeks.
We had sold multiple houses through traditional realtor. We will never use one again.
