I have sold homes to Open Door twice in 3 years and am a completely happy customer, I have encouraged other friends to utilize this service and they have also had a great experience with Open Door. My favorite part this time was being able to complete a 100% virtual closing utilizing a notary on a webcam. I thought I was just starting the paperwork, but was amazed to be able to complete the entire sale at 8 pm on a Wednesday, a few days ahead of my closing date! So convenient!!
