It was a pretty straightforward experience. I took some videos of the interiors and they sent a person to take a look at the exterior of the house. I got a reasonable offer within the next few days and I can choose my closing day with the flexibility to change it. The notary even came to my new home to sign the settlement statement on the day of closing.
