I loved the simplicity of working with OpenDoor. I sold a unit through a traditional realtor at the same time I sold one to OpenDoor. I received relatively the same price but with a fraction of the work and closed weeks earlier even when the other sale was a cash sale. They are banking on getting a higher resale price than I gave them but for me to get that price would require work and risk that I'm not interested in taking. I am calling them first on the next property I liquidate.
