We were skeptical at first, but after doing the preliminary offer and then getting the offer, we were pleased with the whole process. They were easy to talk to and didn't make me feel like I was asking a stupid question. We were able to pick our own closing date to accommodate for school being out. Would definitely recommend and would sell with them again.
