We were interested in selling our home without putting a lot of work into it. The work it needed was not major but we had some extenuating circumstances that made doing cosmetic interior work difficult. We chose Opendoor so that we could focus on the home we were buying and would not have to worry about the home we were selling. Opendoor offered us a fair price for the point at which we sold our home and we could walk away without putting a lot of time and money into the process.
