Everyone was helpful and great from beginning to end and that was a long time in my case; eight months! They walked us through step-by-step; explained everything; the process was very simple, smooth, and fair! I would definitely do it again! No open houses or walk-throughs (especially during COVID), a great offer, and a long escrow! PERFECT!
