OpenDoor made it extremely easy for us to prepare to downsize. We got an offer that was very reasonable within 3 days of our virtual walkthrough. With this in hand, we were able to make an offer on a new build and have over 3 months to pack, plan and buy what we needed for the new house. Checkout was painless.
