We were skeptical of iBuyers but Opendoor was exactly as advertised. The process was very easy, straight forward and stress free.
I will note they charge a "repair fee" upfront which was just less than 1% for us. There was nothing wrong so essentially it was a 6% fee s the 5% advertised when you do the math.
I would use them again for sure.
