After researching the pros / cons of using Opendoor vs conventional agent or even FSBO, I decided there were only pros. Opendoor had a competitive offer and allowed me to set the closing date months out. I didn’t have to stress about showings or worry about clean up. The contract was astonishingly in my favor - I could back out anytime up to closing. My assigned liaison, Matthew, was very upbeat, transparent and professional. I am impressed by Opendoor and glad I sold my home through them.
