My experience with opendoor was initially one of skepticism.
There were some communication issues when i started working with opendoor but once but that was resolved all went well.
I got the offer for my home in 2 days.
Once i accepted the offer i selected the closing date. I received the funds 2 days after my closing. Opendoor allows for 7 free days for you to stay in the home after the sale.
All of this is done online.
They do assign an opendoor team that you will work with.
I would definitely use opendoor again in the near future. Thank you OpenDoor.
