I was skeptical at first. Offer was more than my realtor said we would get. Offer process was quick. We picked our closing date. We didn't have to have showings or keep the house perfect like you would with selling on the MLS. CLOSING was done online when it was convenient for us. You don't get that with traditional closing. We would do this again in the future
