Honestly, it was such a great experience. It seemed smoother when we bought or sold houses in the past. It was hassle-free, a higher offer than other competing companies and we had the flexibility to choose our closing date (which helped us out a lot and relieve a lot of stress since we were moving across the country and didn't have a place to stay if we closed sooner).
