I knew I wanted to sell, but didn’t like the prospect of showings. I contacted Open Door. I had a preliminary offer that day and an acceptable final offer within a few days. I was then free to go on a planned trip and scheduled my closing at my convenience, as well as being able to stay in the house a few extra days until I moved. Everything went as planned.
