The process from start to end was so fast and easy. No showings except the little walk through with the Opendoor video chat. Got an offer a couple days later , picked the closing date and moved out. Absolutely so easy. Received my proceeds within an hour or 2 and noticed the mortgage showed a zero balance the next day!!! Would definitely use again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Opendoor!!
