We hit a tight schedule and needed to sell fast. The whole process took less than a month to do and it was really simple. At times it was scary simple to where we thought we needed to be doing something but never did (other than the To-Do items). We ended up getting a higher final offer than the initial offer. There was nice communication between their team and us. Would recommend to anyone!
