Asked for an initial offering on my home. Started about a year ago. They kept updating it about once every 2 months. Offer kept going up. I then set up an interview to do over the phone. Walkthru of my home. Final offer came in higher than last blind offer, and about 15k higher than I thought it would be. No hassle. No showings. No real estate person hounding you. No pressure. Nice and easy. Tara was great. The process was smooth. It took me longer to drive to the lawyers office as it did to sign docs at closing. Even that part was easy. I give Ooen Door a 10 out of 5 stars.
The only issue I have is that I've heard companies like OD want to buy up properties and then them all into rentals. I don't like that. Otherwise, I thank them a lot, and definitely recommend them. Tell them Jason sent you.
