It was a pleasant experience, the price was reasonable, and I didn't need to worry about fixing up the house to have it sold. I requested an earlier closing date and Opendoor was very cooperative. I worked with Cole, he was very responsive and replied to my texts and email right away. When he was off, his team would follow through on all the issues. It made me feel there was a team instead of just one person working on my transaction. I would highly recommend Opendoor to my friends.
