After being bought out at my place of employment I needed to prepare to move. I reached out to 2 companies that purchase homes. Opendoor's offer was WAY higher than the other company. The gentleman I dealt with at Opendoor (Chris R.) was exceptional. They made the sale of my home so easy it was disconcerting! The offer was top of the market and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Buying my new home was so much more difficult with that lender so I very much appreciated how easy Opendoor made things for me. Can't give a higher recommendation!
