When I first checked with OpenDoor I thought it was a joke. My sister had tried OfferUp to sell her house and they offered an absurdly low price and I thought all you guys were alike!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Not even close! Not only did I receive a very fair price but the process was so seamless and easy I couldn’t believe it. The people were all terribly friendly and on top of the job making this one of the best decisions I ever made. Everything was clearly spelled out to me, the numbers we all agreed on were spot on at closing and we closed when I wanted to. There were no last minute showings, no countering back and forth, I was kept up to date on the progress of my sale and a notary even came to the house for closing. I got all my paperwork emailed to me and the money in my bank within a few hours of closing. You will not be disappointed with OpenDoor!!
