Working with the OpenDoor contact, Kashawna Pinkard, was great. Selling online was a different experience, especially concerned on getting value for my property. Ended up contacting 4 different purchase companies and a real estate agent and went with the proposal from Opendoor. I did have an opportunity to negotiate the amount.
My final determination was on the end sell price per sq. ft. compared to other values in the area. I think I did good.
