They have great customer service. If you have a question they get back to you right away. The price they offered was very fair and even above what comparable homes were selling for. They were up front about the closing costs and there were no surprises. They were very flexible to work with. The entire transaction went smoothly. The closing went quickly too. No headaches or qualifying a buyer. We highly recommend them!
