Opendoor made the decision to sell my home easier. They gave a fair offer and deducted the repairs instantly. My home needed cosmetics and it got overwhelming. (I worked at an animal shelter for 10 years and bringing my work home with me came with 4 or sometimes 3 legs). Raul was awesome and helped me whenever I needed him and he was very quick to respond. The whole process was great. I used them for selling my home, at the time I contacted them I had already started looking with a broker and an agent. I wish I had known about all the programs Opendoor offered having their own agents (which saves you money) and their buying power that you can use to purchase a home. I wish I used them for all of the above, I feel like everything would have been so much easier. I ran into some snags on the buying side, however Opendoor worked with me for every hurdle I hit, I was able to move my closing date around and I took advantage of the late check out which was a lifesaver for me.
