Buying with Open Door is an arduous process. They are slow to respond to the the point where we had to push closing. Theyve been a nightmare to correspond with. It took me, my realtor, and my lender ALL calling them and harassing them to get wet signatures. However, they offer us a discount on price to fix repairs and I got a lovely home.
