We went into contract with Opendoor in May of 2022 with a new home build completion in 2023. There was some stress as to see if Opendoor would honor their contract and they most certainly did. The Management team at Opendoor was wonderful to work with and very proffesional. I would recommend Opendoor to anyone selling their home.
