The Opendoor concept is really promising. I have a home that is just about move-in ready that I needed to sell. I followed the process to get a preliminary offer, and provided a video tour of the home. An opendoor representative came by to do the exterior visual inspection.
I was then informed that Opendoor decided not to proceed with an offer due to a lack of comps in the area. This is true - there is very low inventory for comparable homes because they are in reasonable demand (
