Opendoor was a great option for us during a relocation. The process was extremely easy. The offer was fair and clear, we didn’t have to show/prep the house, and they work incredibly well with your timelines - we were able to pick a closing date that aligned with closing on our new house. From a Customer Service standpoint, they were phenomenal. Mila was our contact every step of the way - she was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Their title company (OSN) was also phenomenal - Beatriz was also friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience. Opendoor was recommended to us, and we would do the same for others looking to have more flexibility and control in their home sale.
