The entire experience fit our needs perfectly. We were building a new home and the closing date for that new home was 9 months away but we were able to remove the stress of trying to sell before the new home was built. Also, the closing date for the new home changed three times and were able to change the sell date of our home easily. Late checkout is a game changer as it allowed us time to move out and in to the new home without having to place things into storage and have to stay in a hotel.
