Loved selling with Opendoor! They were fast, fair, and flexible when we wanted to sell rather than rehab a rental home. I'd have given 5 stars except that the day I closed on that sale I requested an offer on my primary home and THAT offer was not nearly as useful. It was a typical lowball offer, so I shopped it around to other buyers, I want a fast and easy sale. I really wanted to use Opendoor again, but Offerpad beat their offer on the 2nd house by a good bit, even with me being a repeat customer.
