Selling to Opendoor due to a cross-country move was a relatively simple process and Opendoor was very accommodative to a change in closing due to a renovation delay. Our sale/move was unfortunately complicated due to medical issues and a traditional take-your-time selling process was not an option. Opendoor was our only viable option and they were understanding of our situation which reduced mental stress. It was a blessing to have Opendoor.
