Our showing agent,Afzal, was awesome. But it went downhill from there.
Stephanie did the bare minimum and had to be asked if she was working for us the client or just trying to close a deal. In speaking with the listing agent, she had similar complaints about this being the worst deal she has ever had to be part of.
Turns out Stephanie doesn't even live locally and was using showing agents to do her job for her. Why does she deserve commission?
