I chose to go with Opendoor because of the convenience of selling my home without having open houses, and showings. I have a child on the Autism Spectrum who has extreme difficulty with change and wouldn’t be able to handle people going in and out of our home. Working with Opendoor was very easy, fast, and professional. They were very understanding with my situation. I would use them again in the future.
