I work full time from home, for me selling quickly conventionally was not going to work so I turned to opendoor and the process was super smooth and they took care of everything. The offer they gave was ballpark around what I was thinking so I'm very pleased with the sale. I had so much happening around me and selling a house in midst of all of this was not going to be easy but opendoor helped.
