My experience selling to Opendoor was an absolute pleasure. I only met with one inspector at my home for about 20 minutes and received my official offer the next day. It was very fair and the closing took place online. It was so easy to get the offer, even if I had declined it, I feel like I would have not wasted much time at all. I chose my closing date 45 days out, which was a great option to coordinate moving. I didn't even have to contact my HOA or the electric company. Totally professional service. I couldn't be more pleased.
