I feel that this company wants to rip off consumers with the BS fees and repair costs.
1. A convenience fee of $14,300 is a none sense
2. The repair cost of $17,592 is insane, I feel like they want to remodel the house with me paying for it.
3. Closing cost- is buyers' resp, not sellers.
Do not sell your home to companies like this.
