Final offer expired before I had a chance to accept, and when I contacted them the next day to renew it, the offer went down $20k! They cited “seasonality” even though my close date would have been exactly the same as it was a few days prior. I also live in a market where demand is always high, regardless of season. This weird time-sensitivity really eroded my trust in their process.
