Is Opendoor a good website 2025

Two houses in my neighborhood went up for sale and a friend looking for a house close to me asked me to go tour them. I couldn't. Even though both houses had QR codes to "self tour", you can only do so if you are financed or working with an agent. 💩 and stupid. Now my friend will not work with Opendoor.
